Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed only after completion of the registration process and payment of the first installment. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.Fee Structure & Installments
Course fees must be paid in three installments as per the schedule shared at the time of admission. Delay in payment may result in suspension of classes.Payment Default
If any installment is not paid on time, the institute reserves the right to deny class access, practical sessions, or certification until dues are cleared.Attendance Policy
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for course completion, certificate issuance, and placement guidance.Late Entry & Absenteeism
Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend the session. Repeated absenteeism without prior notice will be treated as a discipline issue.Class Rescheduling
Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be repeated. However, the institute may reschedule classes in unavoidable circumstances.Equipment Usage
Cameras, lenses, lights, and studio equipment provided by the institute must be handled responsibly. Any damage due to negligence will be chargeable to the student.Personal Equipment Responsibility
Students bringing their own equipment are solely responsible for its safety. The institute is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.Data, Photos & Video Rights
The institute reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during classes, workshops, or events for promotional and educational purposes.Privacy & Data Protection
Student personal information will be used strictly for academic, administrative, and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.Classroom & Work Culture
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, respect faculty and peers, and follow ethical practices at all times.Mobile Phone & Discipline Rules
Use of mobile phones during class is restricted unless required for learning purposes. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.Practical Work & Assignments
Completion of assignments, practical shoots, and projects is mandatory. Poor participation may affect certification and recommendations.Placement & Hiring Guidance
Placement assistance or hiring guidance is supportive in nature and does not guarantee a job. Selection depends on skill, performance, and employer requirements.Policy Amendments
